The name "Z'SOM" (meaning "together" in the local dialect) encapsulates a sense of community centred on enjoying good food in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. Welcoming hosts Judith Lergetporer and Diego Briones run the restaurant with plenty of warmth and dedication. Judith Lergetporer brings charm and sensitivity to the service; in the open kitchen, Diego Briones skilfully channels his Chilean roots and international restaurant experience into sophisticated, creative dishes packed with flavour. Examples include "maitake, Jerusalem artichoke, sake kasu, chontaduro, garapiñado" and "meagre, pil pil de tucupi, oca, huacatay". On Wed and Thu, a shorter version of the set menu is also available. Judith Lergetporer talks diners through the wine pairings with genuine passion.
