The location on the outskirts of the city in the Hajszan Neumann estate, which is operated by winemaker Fritz Wieninger, is something special in itself. Here, impressive brick vaulting and stylish interior design make for a distinctive look – complete with views into the glass-paned barrel cellar. Juan Amador's cuisine is equally distinctive. Top-quality ingredients are transformed into a modern, refined menu featuring dishes that are prepared with absolute precision and beautifully balanced flavours. Intensity, depth and finesse are brought together to great effect. One dish that never fails to delight is the perfectly cooked red mullet of outstanding quality, served with escabeche stock, Amela tomato and razor clam. The numerous small bites that open the menu are excellent, the wine selection leaves little to be desired, and service is provided by a well-coordinated, professional team. Lovely terrace and lounge area.
