Along the road leading to the Falzarego Pass, at the foot of the Tofane mountains, in a typical Alpine house just outside the town centre, Graziano Prest offers a wide range of dishes ranging from traditional mountain fare to more creative creations, featuring both meat and fish, with a particular flair that is also evident in the desserts, as well as a vegetarian menu. An extraordinary selection of wines: the cellar houses more than 1,300 wines from leading producers, historic vintages and superb French wines of the very highest quality. The panoramic terrace offers picture-postcard views of the centre of Cortina – the same view that can be admired from inside, provided you book one of the two sought-after tables by the window well in advance.
