In the finest Piedmontese tradition, the entrance opens directly onto the open kitchen, a prelude to the intimate first floor, which accommodates just five tables. The offering takes the form of a daily menu that is rigorously regional, enriched by dishes that celebrate seasonality and local tradition. Among the most pleasing preparations, the cardoon tart with quail’s egg and fonduta stands out: harmonious and well-executed. The surroundings, neat and intimate, recall the atmosphere of a rustic family bistrot, where every detail contributes to a sense of warmth and authenticity.
