A bastion of the most authentic Piedmontese tradition, the restaurant is located in a refined period building, enhanced by a panoramic terrace and a romantic garden that invites guests to dine al fresco in the summer months. The dining rooms reflect the same vocation for traditional, rich and welcoming elegance, which reaches its fullest expression in the dishes: impeccable interpretations of the region’s finest cuisine. The restaurant’s signature dish is the famous Tajarin di Felicin, handmade tagliatelle cut into very fine strands and served with a delicate Fassona beef sauce, a true declaration of love for local gastronomy. The property also comprises a scattered hotel, with rooms located both in the main building and in other parts of the village, including the charming Palazzo Boeri, which has a small spa accessible by reservation. The owners know the area intimately and are delighted to accompany guests on guided tours of the Langhe, organised by themselves or by local experts, making the stay a complete experience encompassing cuisine, hospitality and local culture.
