With its own bakery, patisserie and even a smokehouse, Marion Thus's bustling, inviting restaurant, formerly a café, is a place where nearly everything is made from scratch. Her enticing à la carte and set menus always include vegetarian options. There is no mistaking the generous, traditional character of her cooking. Think ribeye cooked rare, accompanied by an aromatic antiboise, a mustard jus with mustard seeds and a bitterbal (small Dutch croquette) filled with beef and mushroom stew.
