In the warmer months, the tables spill out onto the town’s main square, creating a lively and pleasantly holiday-like atmosphere; inside, however, the spaces are more intimate and evoke the warmth of the Alps. The kitchen is the setting for an intriguing blend of local tradition and more creative touches: the menu ranges from venison tartare to morro di baccalà, right through to dishes that look beyond regional boundaries, such as grilled cuttlefish served with garlic cream.
