One of Cagliari’s most interesting venues, comprising two small rooms, each with its own distinctive character, where contemporary design blends harmoniously with nods to local tradition. In the entrance hall, the open-plan kitchen showcases a culinary offering deeply rooted in Sardinian tradition, reinterpreted with a contemporary sensitivity and remarkable precision. Among the most characteristic dishes are Sardinian-breed pork ham, fregula, mullet and a dessert based on saba (an iconic ingredient of the island, made by slowly cooking grape must). The atmosphere is made even more pleasant by the selection of music played on vinyl at a moderate volume, while the wine list focuses on Sardinia and Burgundy without neglecting interesting Italian and international wines.
