A return home for Granaro del Monte to the center of Norcia and inside Casa Bianconi, a charming hotel, overlooking the town’s main street. A series of intimate dining rooms includes one adorned with frescoes, originally part of the old local granaries. The cuisine is traditional and offers the classic cured meats, featuring a truly excellent 24‑month prosciutto, as well as traditional recipes revisited by the owners, such as the outstanding tagliatelle with ricotta and sausage. The grill is always fired up, turning out beef, lamb, and other specialties. With excellent value for money and service available every day, this address is truly unmissable!
