EVE reflects the historic grandeur of The Hague's old centre. Set in boutique hotel ADAM + EVE, directly opposite Noordeinde Palace, the restaurant combines high ceilings, elegant mouldings and warm wood flooring with understated design. Erik and Juliën van Loo, the chefs behind the renowned Parkheuvel, have assembled a team who are adept at pairing deeply flavoured sauces and precise cooking with playful textures and international influences. For example, lamb chops are cooked beautifully pink and seasoned with a herbaceous persillade, then imbued with Mediterranean flair thanks to an intense lamb jus and Southern European accompaniments. You can choose the size of your portions and create your own multi-course menu from the à la carte selection – options that make dining here all the more enjoyable.
