"New Nordic Restaurant" is a term that sparks the imagination. The sleek, rather understated decor of Bøg is certainly in line with what one would expect. Diners can choose between a vegetarian and fish/meat set menu, both equally creative and appealing. The finest ingredients, often locally sourced, are balanced with a minimalist approach and a sure touch. Pork, for example, is barbecued and served with al dente vegetables, a tart touch of cassis, a spicy sauce and a chilli-infused jus. Subtlety meets exuberant flavours in this fabulous restaurant.
