Bang in the middle of the village, the historic HQ of the Marcon family is today a bistro-leaning outpost devoted to big-boned flavoursome cooking in harmony with the seasons. Gravlax of zander with dill-laced cream; roast saddle and confit leg of rabbit with puréed peppers and a blueberry soufflé with pistachio ice cream to die for… Everything is devilishly delicious and the open kitchen lends the place a homely feel. What more can we say?
