An appealing dining option at spa hotel Weißes Roß, which is located in the centre of the village, beside the church. Warm colours and a modern design create a very tasteful and stylish yet cosy interior. In the kitchen, Christian Fleischmann shows a deft touch with vegan cuisine, transforming high-quality ingredients into modern dishes inspired by the seasons – think "potato, chestnut, radicchio, truffle" or "gyoza, Chinese cabbage, shiso, dashi". Diners can opt for a four-course set menu, which can be extended with an optional surprise course, and individual dishes can also be ordered à la carte. To accompany the set menu, wine pairings or alcohol-free alternatives are available. Service is highly attentive and adept.
