This restaurant serves as a delightful alternative to the fine dining restaurant at the long-established Weißes Roß spa hotel. The flavoursome regional fare is made with fresh seasonal produce – the meat is from the hotel's own butchery. As well as the classic Wiener schnitzel, the menu features appealing dishes such as "lake trout, salsify, fig, quinoa".
