Diners can enjoy an interesting fusion of authentic Japanese sushi and contemporary cuisine, either à la carte or as a five-course set menu. Friendly service completes the experience. Seats at the sushi counter are particularly popular. Tip: Alongside a fine selection of wines, there are creative cocktails, mocktails and a truly impressive array of whiskies from across the globe – the fabulous bar is not to be missed.
