Hidden down a quiet lane in the historic centre, this restaurant offers an intimate and romantic atmosphere. The modern and pared-back interiors are complemented by a handful of outdoor tables set along an evocative alleyway, lit by soft lighting. At the stove is Dalila Grillo who, after significant professional experience elsewhere, has returned to her homeland to run the family restaurant alongside her brother. Her cuisine is distinguished by a remarkable attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sensitivity, as demonstrated by the antipasto dedicated to red prawn, in which elegance of presentation and balance of flavours merge harmoniously. The offering comprises two six-course tasting menus – Ease and Creativity, dedicated to seasonality, and Timeless, which gathers the chef's signature dishes – alongside the option of choosing à la carte. Born as a pub and wine bar, the restaurant has kept its vocation for wine intact: the list, with over 1,600 carefully selected labels, is brought to life by the expertise of the front-of-house team. Given the limited number of covers and the success of the restaurant, booking is essential.
