An elegant contemporary establishment on the seafront promenade, with a lively outdoor terrace overlooking the marina. Since 2026, the kitchen is run by chef Marko Turković, who restores the flavours of the Adriatic to the centre of the offering, reinterpreted with modern sensitivity. The menu is deliberately concise, with around ten dishes, also available as a four- or six-course tasting menu. Seafood is the protagonist, handled with contemporary technique: the catch, for example, is dry-aged for several days before being cooked on the Japanese grill. Our Inspector was particularly taken with the mezzo pacchero in tomato sauce with lemon shellfish bisque, raw langoustines and aromatic herbs. The selection of Croatian wines is of interest, complemented by a number of European labels and a by-the-glass selection described verbally.
