The owners of the fine dining Le Vivier starred establishment were happily inspired when they opened this bistro, blessed with a terrace and a peaceful patio, in the heart of the Carré des Arts du Luberon. In his open kitchen, the chef signs a forthright modern take on pedigree bistro recipes, depicted by an undeniable penchant for spices and a rich tapestry of Mediterranean and globetrotting influences (often Asian). An example: pollock, flanked by a medley of cauliflower, is jazzed up with two different curry seasonings. A concise selection of regional (but not only) wines adds the finishing touch to an excellent sun-soaked banquet…
