Located in the residential neighbourhood of Ilisia, this restaurant has great character, taking its name from the combination of the word ‘see’ and the initials of the chef himself, Dimos Samourakis, which together form See|ds. The modern kitchen, featuring some very well-executed technical details, focuses on locally sourced seasonal ingredients and boasts a minimalist aesthetic that is reflected in a single, seasonal tasting menu with some influences from French cuisine. You can skip two courses to make the meal a bit shorter and more affordable, or add the cheese or the bread, or both. If you prefer a more exclusive setting, the top floor features a loft that houses an elegant dining room seating 10 guests, who dine next to the magnificent wine cellar. What’s the standout dish? We absolutely loved the cod with artichoke, courgette, and pepper lobster sauce for its flavour, quality, and texture. The chefs come out to serve the dishes and finish them at the table!
