Steeped in tradition, this restaurant in the town centre is mentioned as a tavern in a written record that dates back to 1724. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a friendly, attentive and professional team serves ambitious dishes made with excellent ingredients. Chef Marco Garofalo incorporates regional elements as well as Mediterranean influences. Take, for example, the lamb done two ways – "loin with a pecorino crust and shoulder, aubergine, bell pepper, basil gnocchi". Diners have the choice between a conventional and a vegetarian set menu, as well as à la carte dishes.
