In a typical Istrian village a few kilometres from the sea, this hotel restaurant with a romantic atmosphere occupies an elegant stone building, run with passion by the Fernetich family. The dining room, with stone walls and wooden ceiling, is elegant and full of character, while in the summertime the outdoor terrace is an option. The owners have entrusted the kitchen to chef Floriana Ružić, discovered and mentored by them, who navigates a modern cuisine crafted from seasonal and territorial produce. Hers is a contemporary telling of the flavours of Istria, from the hinterland to the sea. Alongside the house-baked bread, a tasting of their four extra-virgin olive oils, of excellent quality, is naturally offered.
