A proper bistro and quintessential eastern Paris spot with its open kitchen, understated decor with retro details and exposed brickwork. The menu showcases traditional cuisine based on carefully selected ingredients and expert execution. The oyster mushrooms are grilled to perfection and served with an indulgent egg yolk, confit garlic and a boldly flavoured Parmesan cream. Beautifully seared, the crispy-skinned brill is enhanced by peas, crunchy asparagus and a glazed beurre blanc. For dessert, a warm, crispy tarte fine with caramelised apples and vanilla ice cream. The wine list leans into organic and natural wines.
