A few steps lead down from the entrance to a brightly lit, vaulted room done out in a modern and minimalist style. The creative cuisine playfully experiments with textures and flavours – hence the restaurant's name, which is derived from the Latin verb mutare (meaning "to change"). The service is really friendly and pleasingly informal – the front-of-house team keeps things casual in its interactions with guests. Tip for motorists: You can park at the Garage Promenade.
