Run with passion by a close-knit family duo – father in the kitchen and son in the dining room, overseeing the cellar – this restaurant distinguishes itself through a total commitment that finds further expression in the new space recently created alongside the original one. Here, the open kitchen looks directly into the dining room, creating a continuous dialogue between the brigade and the guests. The gastronomic offering is structured across three tasting menus: one dedicated to the sea, one focused on the produce of the hinterland and meats, and a “Vera Esperienza Musciora”, a harmonious encapsulation of both souls. The dishes begin with island ingredients, celebrated through an essential approach and contemporary intuitions that bring out their authenticity and flavour. The wine list reflects the same attention to the local area, favouring Sardinian labels – often from small artisan producers – alongside a selection from beyond the region, oriented predominantly towards natural wines.
