Fish and seafood take centre stage here, served in classic dishes which are full of flavour and prepared using top-quality local ingredients. Specialities include fresh pan-fried and grilled fish, delicious bavettine pasta with scampi and fried mussels, and the island’s famous “seadas” served with Sardinian eucalyptus honey or home-made ice-cream.
