This establishment takes the candle as its emblem, symbolising a gesture of welcome and generosity, and greets every customer with a candle lit in a holder on the table, evoking memories of gatherings, celebrations and shared moments. Located in the central Psiri neighbourhood, the restaurant combines an informal industrial-style setting and an open kitchen with a candle shop and office belonging to the same owners. Chef Lucas Mailer bases his offering on simple, skilfully prepared dishes with minimal intervention, demonstrating his commitment to organic ingredients while modernising the Greek culinary repertoire. Our recommendation? The Poached Cod, served with potato and monk’s beard, and the variety of breads, which arrive at the table still warm with crisp crusts and prove truly addictive!
