In traditional French cuisine that draws on the flavours of the Southwest region, Quentin Pellestor-Veyrier brings his expertise to bear. The generous menu is well executed, with dishes such as devilled eggs, Cévennes onion soup, duck breast with olives, veal blanquette, and rum savarin.
