The sensibly priced menus are lip smackingly enticing: grilled loin of veal, garlic foam, millefeuille of potatoes and fresh tomme cheese; steamed Atlantic cod, beurre noisette, creamy celery and curry foam, followed by grapefruit-laced iced parfait, rose- and elderflower-flavoured ganache.
