A local chef who learned his trade in the city before launching his own establishment is at the helm. The ethos is straightforward: accessible dishes, well-chosen ingredients and straight-to-the-point traditional cuisine. At lunchtime, the simple set menu is spot on. In the evening, more premium ingredients feature in a more elaborate menu: cauliflower and almond velouté, perfectly cooked pollock, spinach, candied lemon and wasabi.
