The first-rate “Menu du Marché” and “Menu de la Brasserie” feature four courses that exemplify the establishment’s high-flying culinary hallmark: crab meat, shellfish mayonnaise, Granny Smith apples, celery and lovage; seafood, aioli and crunchy fennel; juicy, melt-in-the-mouth Swiss steak, velvety mashed potato; mille-feuille laced in Madagascan vanilla.
