The fine dining restaurant at BEI SCHUMANN resort is aptly named (juwel means "gem"), starting with the plush interior featuring elegant touches and upscale details such as amethysts and Swarovski crystals. The wrap-around picture windows are also lovely, flooding the semi-circular room with light. Then there is Robert Hauptvogel's classically French-inspired cuisine, which is served as a four- to seven-course set menu.
