Situated within the A22 Hotel, this restaurant bears the name of John F. Kennedy, who stayed here back when he was 22. It’s an intimate spot, made all the more special by the addition of a striking red lounge where you both start and end your evening. The modern tasting menu reflects both the country and the seasons and is also playful in places, but never at the expense of flavour. The chefs present and explain the dishes themselves: maybe tomato with ricotta and redcurrants or potato dumpling with quail and gooseberry.
