Its thatched roof, period tile floor and Delft Blue ceramics, plus an idyllic terrace overlooking the arboretum make for a refined and comfortable setting. The service is exceptionally attentive. Marcel van Someren is a seasoned chef who cooks with clarity and purpose. His creativity and expertise shine through in dishes ranging from an Asian-inspired concoction with avocado, wasabi and a soy dressing, or turbot with a full-bodied beurre blanc. A true mainstay on the culinary scene.
