Located in the Hotel da Oliveira, right next to the impressive Church of Nossa Senhora da Oliveira, this venue boasts a classic décor, highlighted by stone walls and ceilings adorned with wooden beams. The culinary offering, designed by Chef Vítor Matos and overseen daily by Chef Liliana Moura, showcases a modern and creative cuisine with Mediterranean touches, taking traditional roots as its reference point. The menu, which includes some vegetarian dishes, is rounded out by two tasting menus (Raízes [“Roots”] and À Descoberta [“Discovery”]).
