An authentic and cosy Baden-style atmosphere awaits you in the dining area of this charming historic inn, which is run with dedication by the Baumgartner family. For years, the kitchen has been renowned for its masterful blend of regional fare and classic French cuisine. Dishes such as Baden lamb's lettuce with roasted goose liver and black truffle, and "winemaker's skrei" with cabbage braised in champagne, glazed grapes, bacon strips, butter croutons and mashed potatoes showcase the finest, freshest ingredients. The carefully curated wine list also highlights wines from Baden and France, including prestigious labels such as Romanée Conti. Service is friendly and attentive.
