If you're looking for a more affordable authentic culinary experience, this is a great opportunity! The restaurant, with its quirky decorative touches inspired by both surrealism and punk aesthetics (including nods to Salvador Dalí and an eyebrow-raising collection of rubber ducks, most of which were gifts from friends and regulars), is run by chef Franchesko Vera Morales, who champions Aragonese cuisine by reinterpreting it through his personal and somewhat whimsical creative lens. The concept, explained in detail and with a great warmth by Flor García, comes to life in a single surprise tasting menu (Gamberro, featuring 17 courses of small bites) that seeks, above all, to highlight three fundamental ideas: product, technique, and concept. The regularly available appetisers in particular stand out, as do the ‘Flor de calabacín’ course, prawn dumplings and Latón de La Fueva pork. It's a rather long experience, so you'll want to take your time!
