Put yourself in the chef's hands with the 10-course tasting menu, which is also available in a shorter version. France and Asia come together in creative dishes that combine classical techniques, seasonings from around the globe and a clear sense of originality. The vegetarian gado gado illustrates this perfectly: cauliflower hummus is topped with an intense peanut mousse and accompanied by purple cauliflower, mild chilli and a sesame crisp for added crunch. A light peanut and chilli broth brings every element into perfect harmony. Excellent wine pairings give this highly personal cuisine an extra lift.
