A genuine ‘smokehouse’ that takes the concept of American barbecue to another level. The inspiration came after a journey to the home of low-and-slow barbecue, which then spread to the Land of the Gods. In a spacious setting immersed in the atmosphere of a traditional barbecue, chef Elena Kaperda offers cuisine combining creativity, technique and exceptional flavours, with the highest-quality meats so tender they fall apart at the slightest touch. For a truly complete experience, we recommend the tasting menu, which can include the flavoursome Brisket Pie, or you can choose from the à la carte dishes, complemented by a varied list of American wines and whiskies. You can also reserve the Chef’s Table, where the meal takes place in the Smoke Room, at a table beside the large smokers, with the chef preparing every dish right before your eyes!
