Start with a snack and a sherry before enjoying eye-catching dishes that extract plenty of flavour from their top-notch ingredients. The classically trained chef crafts food with traditional French foundations and blends in subtle hints of modernity, such as suckling pig with green peppercorn jus and lovage or dark chocolate délice with Amarena cherry. The affable service team are attentive without being intrusive.
