Dublin’s highest restaurant, fittingly named after the Irish word for ‘roof’, is perched atop the Brutalist former Central Bank building. Occupying the top two floors, it offers 360-degree views over the city and out to the bay beyond. Start with a cocktail in the bar before heading up to the dining room with its slight retro-futurist feel, where you can enjoy polished brasserie-style dishes with a wide selection of prime steaks from the grill at the heart of the menu. The cocktails are all Dublin-themed, echoing the restaurant’s keen sense of place.
