Tarte Tatin with miso-glazed onions, Reblochon sauce and tarragon emulsion; vanilla Basque cheesecake with pomelo coulis and blood orange sorbet: the food is joyful and indulgent, down-to-earth and unpretentious. Reasonable prices.
