The celebrated Charleston returns to the heart of Palermo, precisely where it was born before becoming an icon of Mondello, occupying the former Mazzara bar premises. On the ground floor are the café, cocktail bar and bistrot; on the first floor, reachable by lift, an elegant salon in contemporary Sicilian style, with a refined terrace devoted to after-dinner.The kitchen is in the hands of chefs Giovanni Solofra and Roberta Merolli, whose creative dishes unite regional tradition with reinterpretations of Charleston classics. Not to be missed are the iconic fillet "alla lampada", infused with whisky, and the historic "Coppa Charleston" with vanilla and mandarin orange. The wine list is enhanced by the recommendations of sommelier Michela Vitale.
