This spot surprises for its location within the Open Arena Complex, a space with more than 35,000 m² dedicated to sports! There, next to the pool area, chef Celia Jiménez offers a modern and elaborate cuisine based on traditional Cordovan recipes as well as on the flavours of the region, always enhancing them with great aplomb. Within the constantly evolving à la carte and its tasting menus (of 8 and 10 courses) you will find dishes such as sweetbreads with mushrooms, the Iberian sirloin steak in pickled sauce or the Malaga goat in pepitoria, with a stew of its innards.
