At the charming Aravan Evi, the kitchen garden is the primary source of produce, and diners are occasionally invited to stroll through it – it's a passion that the chefs are happy to share. Whether freshly picked, pickled or cooked in the wood-fired oven, vegetables and fruit are elevated here in remarkable ways, with an emphasis on punchy and tangy flavours.
