The bucolic Campo Grande is much more than the great green lung of Puebla, as it is a historic park (its design dates back to 1787) full of life, gardens and romantic spaces. Next to it, in the Pabellón de Cristal that rises next to the entrance from the tree-lined promenade of the Acera de Recoletos, this restaurant lies behind a large and pleasant terrace. In its bright dining room, with different Mediterranean motifs, you can discover an à la carte with two distinct parts: one that they call ‘Traveling Cuisine for Restless Palates’ (more oriented to a gastrobar experience, you will find dishes such as pad thai, curry stews, wagyu burger, wok teriyaki, gyozas, etc.) and another more classic one, which highlights its popular rice dishes and salt fish (also grilled and in green sauce)....) and another one with a more classic line, where its popular rice dishes and salt fish (also grilled and in salsa verde) stand out.
