Here you will find an international concept that has already made a name for itself in London, Bangkok, Las Vegas, Doha and Capri… Stylish, sleek design, dimmed lighting and subtle music create a lounge-like atmosphere; the large bar in the centre is an invitation you can't refuse – to have a cocktail. The extremely courteous English-speaking waitstaff bring you the extensive menu, which offers something for everyone. There is sushi, meat and vegetables from the robata grill (eg aubergine with aka miso is a great side dish) or modern dishes such as crispy fried squid, green chilli and lime. The restaurant is housed in the tasteful and history-laden Weisses Rössl hotel, very close to the charming old town.
