This is a friendly and welcoming restaurant with a lively atmosphere – the sort of place you'll want to return to again and again! With over 150 years of tradition to its name, it boasts a spruce, upscale interior. Service is provided by a friendly and knowledgeable team, and, last but not least, the food is delicious. Made using high-quality ingredients from carefully selected suppliers, it is pleasantly down-to-earth and authentic, the craftsmanship is exceptionally precise, and the dishes are presented in a visually stunning manner. In addition to the menu of the day, there are the "Vaas Classics", for instance Swabian-Hall roast pork. The impressive wine list comprises a remarkable range of vintage wines from various producers – predominantly from Germany and France, but also from Austria and other Old World countries. The hotel of the same name has comfortable guestrooms.
