Familiar faces in the region, Markus and Britta Nagy are known as ambitious restaurateurs. Here, in their charming half-timbered inn dating back to 1688, they serve regional and Mediterranean-inspired fare. In addition to an à la carte menu, there is a three- to five-course set menu in the evening and the reasonably priced three-course "Eat & Talk" set menu at lunchtime (Tue-Fri). On Friday and Saturday, for dinner, diners choose between two set menus (no à la carte). In winter, the room with a fireplace is cosy; in summer, the lovely terrace beckons. Well-kept overnight accommodation available.
