Offering traditional cuisine brought up to date that draws from the recipes of Castile-La Mancha and Andalusia, in this cosy restaurant in Talavera, next to the Parque del Cañillo, chef Piedad Sánchez concocts a menu with nods to both La Mancha and her native Malaga, giving us the option of a journey through the flavours of both regions through its set menus: the one called Ejecutivo (only available at lunchtime from Tuesday to Friday) and another one called Gastronómico. You'll find dishes such as semi-liquid mushroom and truffle croquettes, candied and grilled artichokes with seasonal vegetables and foie gras, tuna tataki, juicy venison from the mountains of Toledo... They also boast a large private dining room!
