Zilt & Zoet's appealing menu with flexible options has secured a Bib Gourmand every year since 2014. Thoughtful flavour combinations and fine produce are always at the fore. The chef is just as deft at preparing Aberdeen Angus tataki with Asian accents as he is at frying fillet of plaice meunière and giving it extra punch with a mousseline espuma. Partly covered, the flower-decked terrace is the best spot in which to soak up the restaurant's convivial atmosphere. And you can purchase a bottle from the wine shop on your way out. A firm favourite, where professionalism and warm hospitality are guaranteed.
